Pet policy: Sunsweet is a pet-friendly community. We welcome your pet family members with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Our pet deposit fee is $500 and there is a monthly pet rent of $50 per month for dogs and cats. Some weight and breed restrictions do apply.
